In our busy life we all forgot to take care of our health .We don't give time for some physical
activities to stay healthy and active. For a good physique all we need is a mindset to achieve
that body goal,which we made in our life to look good and have a attractive personality.


I am living in Kota a place where students come for coaching for IIT and NEET after 10th.
I have almost completed my 2 years here. I will tell u how i managed the time to do my
workout and studies equally . U know this is not an easy game but there's nothing u can't
achieve.

HOW I MANAGED MY DIET BEING IN HOSTEL 

All are familiar about Hostel's food. The use of unhealthy oil and unhygienic messes .
The best way to get control on your diet is the train your mind what to eat and what not to,
Its all waste of time if you do workout but your diet is not under your control . 


When i was in school i was an athlete and had a passion of being fit and look good
 but due to my boards (ICSE) i had to stop it and had to do a lot of sitting and i gained
a lot of weight. People started saying me u are going fatter and fatter . i did'nt liked it.
but i could do nothing . Then i came to kota after my boards . I found a chance to proof
myself to build a body i want.

BEST THING ABOUT BEING IN HOSTEL IS U CAN MANAGE UR TIME ACCORDINGLY and then i found i gym i have my twin brother with me (anchit)
we finally got a gym. UNFORTUNATELY INDIAN PARENTS being typical Indian
mentality  They were not aware of their children going to gym.

WE SOMEHOW MANAGED OUR PARENT'S MONEY to pay our gym's fee
then it was all started . MY gym was about 3 KM away from my hostel . I used to wake
up 4:00 A.M. and got fresh up .GET  ready for gym,took my bicycle and spend almost an 
hour there.


THE MAIN KEY TO ACHIEVE YOUR GOAL IS CONSISTENCY .

 If u are not consistent to your work u won't achieve what u want so what i do was 
i always planned my day what i will do what workout i will do before going to bed.
 " NEVER FORGET WHY U START THIS JOURNEY. "


WHEN I STARTED ALL THIS I NEVER KNEW THAT I WOULD LOVE IT SO MUCH
THAT IT WILL BECOME MY PART OF LIFE MY PASSION...
