Motivation, the hurdle of life.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
We are all wired differently, some just love training hard, and some don’t
And that is OKAY.
Reaching goals can be as easy, or hard as you like. - HOW BAD DO YOU WANT IT
Motivation comes and goes… even for myself.
Society is becoming faster and more convenient, and we all want things in an instant.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- Fast food
- Express shipping
- Instant bank transfers
- Apps that can send messages around the world in an instant
- Super fast internet (remember the dial-up days lol)
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
And the list could go on and on, but this wires us to want things “yesterday” I truly believe that.
One thing that can’t be instant, one thing that can’t come conveniently or easily is a strong body.
Most of you are reading this of a smartphone, which means you have internet, which means you are a lot luckier than some people in the world, who don’t have the choice of over-consuming calories but rather die of starvation.
Lets always keep this in mind when on the treadmill your legs hurt? There is a man out there in a wheelchair...
When you are hungry? A kid is crying of starvation...
When you don’t want to get up a little early before work to get it done, many are jobless..

Let's keep those motivation levels high, working out is a choice, not a choir.
Things WON’T happen overnight, but they will happen.

Work harder - I believe in you.
